i want to sell my house and rent it back what is it worth would i get at least 72000 for it what would the rent be in the area

I rent through an agency who take 20% every few months as tax. As the rent soesn’t covber the mortgage am I entitled to claim any of this back?

Has anybody had any dealings with nationwide property network?
We are currantly looking at the sell and rent back schemes and wanted to know if anybody had dealings with the company or the director "saffet saffet".
they are from the maidstone area.
