Rent back schemes take-over, house prices continue to fall in the US, while the Global Food Prices continue to rise and house repossession starts to increase in line with the difficult market conditions

I have financial problems and my mortgage is too high!  Does anyone have any sell and rent back solutions or any suggestions of property companies you have used for a quick sale in the past.  I know many of these companies often offer below the market valuation, but I have been told that they offer a fair price for the property based on a turbulent market.

I am 2 weeks late with my rent on my house due to unforseen circumstances and landlord is on my back about my rental property?  I’m going to give him some of the money tomorrow and the rest when i have scraped it together.  Can he evict me what are my rights?  I’m from Blackpool and we had to pay childcare fees or have my child lose is place at nursery.

We are going to look at a house tomorrow worth 230k and buying a 30% share. Is it possible to negotiate on the price of the property based on part buy and rent back? It’s through Thames Valley Housing Association and I know they don’t have many people wanting to buy these houses at the moment with the state of the market.  I would like to get a good deal, and am slightly nervous that the market has still got some way to fall.

so many horror stories about renting out – scared about coming off property ladder. Think I will be returning in 2 years but who knows. Should I instead, sell 3 bedroom home and buy small flat nearer centre of town. What a dilama

I am a single person live in a 3 bed room house. It is very difficult to maintain mortgage and utilities for credit crunch. So am i legally allowed to rent my full house and stay somewhere else in uk.

I know some students who rent a house from agency. They then advertise to get some tenants to share the house. To agency, only their names known. Because they are students, they get easier on tax. What about tenants who come and not students?

Is it illegal?

I have lived in my home in CA for over five years now. I want to rent it for a couple years and when the market goes up I plan to sell the home. My Question is: Do I have to pay taxes on the home after renting it? Thanks!
